# R-tion — Decentralized Reputation Protocol

> Two-layer reputation system: R-Core (earned trust) + R-Mkt (tradable stake). Money buys the right to risk, but cannot buy trust.

## What is R-tion?

R-tion is a Web3 protocol for accountable digital agreements. It separates reputation into:
- **R-Core**: Non-tradable trust score earned through successful contracts. Determines access tier (0-4).
- **R-Mkt**: Market token used as stake collateral. Tradable via AMM exchange.

## Core Features

- **E-Contracts**: Binding agreements with acceptance criteria, SLA deadlines, and automatic outcomes
- **Access Tiers**: Based on R-Core only (not money). Higher tier = larger contracts, lower stake
- **AMM Exchange**: Trade R-Mkt for 10 cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, DAI, ETH, WBTC, BNB, MATIC, SOL, AVAX, ARB)
- **Order Book**: Place limit buy/sell orders for R-Mkt
- **Endorsement**: Vouch for partners by sharing R-Mkt stake and risk
- **Dispute Resolution**: Bond-backed disputes with remediation option
